Our associates live and work in different cities across the U.S. With extensive remote resources, we are as close-knit and quick-working as any cubicle-dwelling company.
We value our associates, and we make sure they are compensated for the hard work they do. We also offer spot bonuses, an associate referral program, as well as Stock Appreciation Rights (SAR) after two years of service.
Associates have free health coverage, including vision and dental, through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, with Health Savings Account opportunities. We also offer employer-paid life insurance, short term disability, and long term disability.
Mental health and wellness benefits are included in health coverage. Associates also have a $50/month credit they can use to stay physically and emotionally healthy. Not to mention our fun wellness challenges with great prizes.
BARR associates have unlimited PTO, and are encouraged to take at least 25 days off a year. Yes, you read that right.

BARR matches 100% of contributions on the first 3%, then 50% of contributions up to 5%.
We provide all the equipment you need to work plus a generous monthly reimbursement for you to set up your ideal home office or lease a space somewhere convenient for you, in addition to a monthly cell phone allowance.

We believe in recognizing BARR-raising achievements. As part of our peer recognition program, associates can recognize their teammates through a $50 spot bonus shout-out. There’s no limit to the number of bonuses an associate can give or receive.

In fact, each year we carry out the company’s annual BARR Day of Giving where associates volunteer at organizations they are passionate about.
