Our associates live and work in different cities across the U.S. With extensive remote resources, we are as close-knit and quick-working as any cubicle-dwelling company.

We value our associates, and we make sure they are compensated for the hard work they do. We also offer spot bonuses, an associate referral program, as well as Stock Appreciation Rights (SAR) after two years of service.

Associates have free health coverage, including vision and dental, through United Healthcare. We also offer employer-paid life insurance, short term disability, and long term disability.

BARR associates have unlimited PTO, and are encouraged to take at least 25 days off a year. Yes, you read that right.

Take up to 12 fully paid weeks off to care for your new child and spend time with your family.

BARR matches 100% of contributions on the first 3%, then 50% of contributions up to 5%.

We provide all the equipment you need to work plus a generous monthly reimbursement for you to set up your ideal home office or lease a space somewhere convenient for you, in addition to a monthly cell phone allowance.
